Situated close to Rutland Water, we have found a fantastic new site offering Global Birdfair space for our visitors and exhibitors to enjoy gathering together.  Access to Rutland Water by foot and Lyndon Nature Reserve.

We have FREE car parking on site for everyone. Please follow directions to the site - there will be AA road signs and personnel on site to guide you.

The event area and car parking areas are on grass surfaces. Do NOT park in Rutland Nursery or Rutland Water Golf Club. You cannot access the site from these locations.

Disabled access is available - please do let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements to enable you to access the event.  One complimentary ticket is available for an adult unable to attend Global Birdfair unaided.  Necessary documentation must be shown at the gate eg Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility

No dogs other than assistance dogs are allowed on event site.  Assistance dogs should wear appropriate lead or bib and the handler must carry their assistance dog card and be prepared to show this at the main entrance to avoid any misunderstandings on site.

Drinking water is available on the site

Camping is available - places must be booked in advance.  

Camper vans, caravans and camping can all be booked direct with Lyndon Top.

We also have a limited number of spaces available at The Paddock for Global Birdfair attendees (exhibitors or guests).  The Paddock is an adult only caravan/motorhome site opposite the Global Birdfair site and includes hook up electrical provision and a chemical waste emptying facility.  Minimum 3 night stays are available for Global Birdfair. . Cost is £75.00 for 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday but of course you can book for longer if you wish! Book direct by email here: hello@thepaddockrutlandwater.co.uk

Wifi is available at extra cost to all exhibitors - there is no visitor Wifi on site.

On site catering offers food and drink for sale to all as well as a fully licensed bar throughout the operating hours of Global Birdfair. Age restrictions apply to alcohol purchases.

Please advise any catering outlet of food allergies before you make your purchase.

We cannot be responsible for any issues relating to food or drink bought and/or consumed on the premises.

Any lost children should be taken to the information area near the main entrance.

We do not provide any other childcare facilities.

We have emergency medical cover on site at all times during the public opening hours of the event.

Please find a member of site staff if you need urgent medical assistance

Global Birdfair limited is not responsible for the loss or damage of any item of property or for injury sustained by any visitor to Global Birdfair at any time during, before or after the event.

You enter the site at your own risk and must inform site staff who will be wearing high visibility jackets if you feel there is any situation affecting the safety of those people attending the fair.

The event is notified to Rutland County Council in accordance with their requirements.

Please adhere to any instructions you are given by any members of staff, volunteers or site helpers.  They are there to assist in the smooth running and safety of all those attending.
